Andrew started working with Restless Dance Theatre in 2004 as a workshop participant in Restless Central. He was invited to join the Youth Ensemble in 2005 and performed in Sustenance at the State Opera Studio and Vocabulary, a collaboration with ADT in the Space Theatre, Adelaide Festival Centre. Andrew has also performed in Rebel Rebel, The Heart of Another is a Dark Forest, and the 2010 Outstanding Achievement in Youth and Community Dance award winning work Bedroom Dancing. He was one of the key performers in Sixteen one of the three films that make up Necessary Games, the award winning dance film screened at a number of national and international film festivals.

Andrew worked as a workshop co-tutor during the Sustenance season and had his first tour with Restless to Horsham for the Australian Youth Dance Festival 2006. At the end of 2009 Andrew directed his first piece, Power Rangers as part of Debut 2 under the mentorship of Aidan Kane Munn. In 2010 Andrew performed in Next of Kin and joined the Education Team on The Bridging Project in Murray Bridge and Brothers, Sisters in Christies Beach. Now having turned 27 years old, he recently starred in Take Me There as the emerging professional artist. In 2011 Andrew worked with Dean Walsh in the first stage development of In-habit while the Company where Artists in Residence at Bundanon. He directed Operation Bear Trap…Rumbling! with mentor Philip Channells for the Debut 3 season working with dancers from the Youth Ensemble and Adelaide College of the Arts.
