India graduated with a Bachelor of Dance Performance in 2007 from Adelaide Centre of the Arts, where she worked with choreographers including Aidan Kane-Munn, Xiao Zhong Zhang, Leanne Ringlestein, Peter Sheedy and Troy Mundy. India has performed in Fringe and Festival shows and also danced for many corporate functions all over Adelaide. She has worked with Opera Australia and State Opera of SA in the productions of Turandot and Le Grande Macabre, and has been involved in several independent works including Into the Outer with Anna Kingston, and her own developments of Dance on Film as part of the Ind/Jmo production collective. India is completing a Masters in Dance Teaching and is a regular dancer at the HQ venue.

India joined Restless Dance Theatre during her secondment at AC Arts and returned in 2010 as an emerging professional artist performing in Next of Kin. In 2011 India is assisting the company to forge links with Adelaide’s Secondary Schools and joined the education team for Restless Central, Dance Styles From Around The World and the SCOSA project. She also participated in the Dot to Dot program before giving birth to her first child.
