Restless Dance Theatre presents CENTRAL AM, a day of theatre and dance classes for people aged 15 – 26yrs with and without disability.
10:00 – 3:00pm (Wednesdays during school terms)
This day program involves creative movement and theatre explorations in a safe and fun environment. No experience is necessary just the desire to take part.
The focus is on improving motor skills to increase movement vocabulary, enhance creativity, and stimulate imaginative play. Participants will be encouraged to develop their versatility and enhance their mind-body connections.
Our tutors are highly trained and can adjust each class to specifically align with any access requirements. Restless works with participants with mild to medium support needs.
Participating in CENTRAL AM provides therapeutic benefits that encourage team-work, communication, and innovation. Participants build confidence and improve body awareness.

Cost: $130 per day

Term 2: 2 May – 4 July
Term 3: 25 July – 26 September
Term 4: 17 October – 12 December

*The rate for CENTRAL AM is $32.50 per hour (total of $130 per 4-hour session).
Restless is a Non-NDIS provider, however is guided by the NDIS price guide. The classes can be claimed through NDIS Core support – Community, Social and Recreational.
