The General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.
This is a sample induction pack for volunteers but it contains most of the features shared by all Restless induction packs. It takes the form of an agreement between the participant and the company.

In the event of any grievances, parties in dispute agree to co-operate to ensure that the following procedures are carried out expeditiously so as to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible and closest to the source. Parties are entitled to procedural fairness in this process (a proper opportunity to respond to any allegations).
