The Hirer will be invoiced prior to the hire which will include the applicable bonds. Restless require full payment prior to the hire date.
Please provide credit card details via phone or email to enable refund of the bonds at the conclusion of your hire. This assumes keys are returned and premises are left clean and tidy. Please contact Roz if you don't have a credit card.
If Restless have to clean the premises after your hire your cleaning bond will be forfeited.
Restless reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking if the hire clashes with the Company's Program. We will endeavour to give you ample warning to ensure any inconvenience is limited.
If your hire requirements change or need to be cancelled please notify us immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation within 7 days of hire date will incur a 30% fee of Total Cost of Hire.
Hire Agreement Conditions at Restless Dance Theatre
Restless Dance Theatre regular workshop programme occurs during the school terms on the following days, in the Studio;
If you hire includes any of these times please be aware that you are sharing the building.
We have ongoing regular hirers including the following;
Brooms, mops and a vacuum cleaner are found in the Plant Room of the Main Hallway. Please use them if any areas require cleaning/tidying from your use.
Remove any rubbish before you leave each day, empty kitchen bin if it has been used. Red and Yellow bins are located outside near the back door and driveway. Clean White Boards and put away all furniture your group has used, re-stack chairs in stacks of 6. Unless you have a written agreement with Restless.
All spaces are to be left clean and tidy, as you found them, ready for the next person.
Please be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org if your hired space was not clean and tidy on your arrival.
Storage of any set/prop/equipment must be negotiated with Restless prior to your hire. Up to 2 cubic metres may be possible for temporary store, if neatly packed and covered. All doorways must remain accessible.
Your set, prop and/or equipment items left at Restless are not covered by Restless insurance.
Public showings/performances are to be negotiated with Restless and may incur further expenses.
Please be respectful of other users in the Venue at all times.
Keys to access the Venue are not to be returned to anyone but a Restless Staff Member. The key and its return is your responsibility.
Your booking request is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation of booking email from the Restless staff.
