Restless Dance Theatre presents JUNCTION, weekly classes, for people aged 27+ years with and without disability.
5:30 – 7:30pm (Mondays during school terms)
The class involves creative movement exploration in a safe and fun environment where the participants’ ideas become dance. No experience is necessary, just the desire to take part.
The JUNCTION class nourishes healthy minds and bodies. It focuses on creative tasking, improvisation, and experimenting with different stimuli for movement and self-expression, while keeping physically fit and active.
The class is led by a team of experienced tutors who tailor the class specifically to align with any access requirements. Restless works with participants with mild to medium support needs.
Participating in JUNCTION provides therapeutic benefits which promote independence and inclusion. It encourages social connections with other participants, enriching their confidence and building community engagement.
When: Monday 5.30 – 7.30pm

Cost: $70* per class

Bookings will be confirmed by a Restless’ Program Executive for Public Classes.
*The rate for JUNCTION is $35 per hour (total of $70 per 2-hour class).
Restless is a Non-NDIS provider, however is guided by the NDIS price guide. The classes can be claimed through NDIS Core support – Community, Social and Recreational.
