CENTRAL AM

(On Pause – Expressions of Interest Open)

Restless Dance Theatre presents CENTRAL AM, weekly classes for people aged 15 – 26yrs with and without disability.

10:00am – 3:00pm (Wednesday during school terms)

CENTRAL AM was a beloved day program offering participants an immersive experience in creative movement, theatre games, and technique. Designed to enhance creative self-expression, build confidence, stimulate imaginations, and improve body awareness, it provided a welcoming space for participants to explore and grow.

While we are not currently running, we’d love to bring it back if there’s enough interest! If you or someone you know would like to participate in a future session, please register your interest below.

The class is led by a team of experienced tutors who can tailor the class specifically to align with any access requirements. Restless works with participants with mild to medium support needs.

Participating in CENTRAL AM provides therapeutic benefits which encourage independence and inclusion. Participants gain confidence, life-long friendships and potential career pathways in the arts.
