We are excited to announce that Restless Dance Theatre is a proud recipient of the 2024 BankSA Foundation Thrive Community Grant! This funding will allow us to continue our mission of offering accessible dance programs that promote physical, emotional, and social benefits to young people, reaching around 2,000 participants over the next year.

These grants support charities that foster the social and emotional wellbeing of children facing disadvantage. BankSA Foundation CEO, Sally-Anne O’Brien, emphasised the importance of helping young people connect, engage, and develop resilience, stating, “Our Thrive Community Grants aim to assist vulnerable children and young people to overcome barriers such as poverty, discrimination, and disadvantage.”

Julie Moralee, CEO of Restless Dance Theatre, expressed her gratitude: “We are immensely thankful for BankSA Foundation’s support of our programs that provide invaluable opportunities for young people to thrive on and off the stage. Together, we’re fostering an empowered and inclusive community.”
