Julie has committed her career to the arts sector for more than 15 years in Marketing, Brand, and Business Development. Working with major events and arts festivals, as well as the Adelaide Festival Centre where she was responsible for the collaborative Marketing Team to deliver a full-year program of Music, Theatre, Dance, and Exhibitions. She executed more than 250 individual marketing campaigns for independent arts companies alongside large-scale productions and Festivals. Julie joined Restless in 2019 as the Marketing and Development Manager, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in Jan 2022. She has a strong and keen interest in the growth and improvement of the Australian arts sector, a passion for collaboration of multiple stakeholders to continue to create great art, and a purpose–driven, agenda to ensure Restless’s continued success. She is excited by the prospect of developing new and innovative strategies to promote and elevate the disability arts sector in Australia and beyond.
