Restless Dance Theatre presents:

Seeing Through Darkness

Schools Performance & Workshop

FREE for Students + Teachers

Restless Studios, 195 Gilles Street, Adelaide | 16–19 June 2025

Following its standout season at WOMADelaide 2025, this studio-based experience offers a rare opportunity to engage with the artists and technology behind the work.

Restless Dance Theatre invites you and your students into the heart of our creative process of Seeing Through Darkness — a dynamic performance and workshop experience designed specifically for school groups.

Students will witness a  live performance by Australia’s leading disability-led dance company and then step behind the curtain to explore how professional dance theatre is made. Led by Artistic Director Michelle Ryan and Artistic Associate Larissa McGowan — two of the country’s most celebrated contemporary dance artists — this program connects young people directly with working professionals and inclusive creative practice.
