We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office and Project Manager to join our passionate team.

Position Overview:

The Office and Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the successful delivery of a range of projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate and manage company projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Liaise with artists, staff, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Support the financial management of projects, including budgeting, invoicing, andreporting.
  • Plan and organise company events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Provide general support to the Executive Team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management and project management, preferably in the arts sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the arts and commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
