Restless Dance Theatre presents CENTRAL, weekly classes for people aged 15 – 26yrs with and without disability.
5:30 – 7:00pm (Tuesdays during school terms)
The class involves creative movement exploration in a safe and fun environment where the participants’ ideas become dance. No experience is necessary, just the desire to take part.
CENTRAL class is based on self-expression, improving physical fitness, coordination and developing working memory. Participants will learn the foundations of contemporary dance practice, technique and improvisation.
The class is led by a team of experienced tutors who can tailor the class specifically to align with any access requirements. Restless works with participants with mild to medium support needs.
Participating in CENTRAL provides therapeutic benefits which encourage independence and inclusion. Participants gain confidence, life-long friendships and potential career pathways in the arts.
When: Tuesday 5.30 – 7.00pm

Cost: $52.50* per class

Term 2: 30 April – 6 July
Term 3: 22 July – 24 September
Term 4: 15 October – 10 December

*The rate for CENTRAL is $35 per hour (total of $52.50 per 1.5 hour class).
Restless is a Non-NDIS provider, however is guided by the NDIS price guide. The classes can be claimed through NDIS Core support – Community, Social and Recreational.
