Go behind the scenes with Restless Dance Theatre and experience how new choreographic work is created while experiencing a ‘day in the life’ of a professional dancer.
Students Will

- Watch filmed excerpts from current in development work: ENOUGH
- Q&A – meet the artists and Company Dancers
- Take part in a Creative Dance workshop with Company Dancers
- Student performance of workshop outcomes

Restless Dance Theatre’s annual inStudio Season features a performance of excerpts from a work of our repertoire, followed by a hands-on creative workshop with our professional dancers and artistic team.

Performance Viewing
- Watch live excerpts from a Company work, performed by Australia’s leading dance theatre for neurodiverse and disabled artists.
Artist Q&A
- Meet Artistic Director Michelle Ryan, Artistic Associate Larissa McGowan, and Restless Company Dancers.
Creative Workshop
- Create your own moves with the tasks that helped devise the show.
- Explore the themes of the work.
- Collaborate directly with professional artists.
