Am I enough? When is enough, enough?
In a world driven by comparison, social media and pressure to conform, ENOUGH asks what it takes to recognise our own worth—and what happens when we decide we have had enough.
Created by Restless Dance Theatre with disabled and neurodivergent dancers, ENOUGH brings together powerful physical performance, original music, film and digital design to explore belonging, identity and self-worth.
Beginning with four dancers, the work will travel across the globe, gathering movement, stories and perspectives through workshops and creative exchanges. This artistic journey will build towards a major presentation in 2029 featuring all guest dancers.
Community and audience responses become part of an evolving digital landscape, carrying their words and experiences into future performances. These contributions shape the art itself, connecting people across geography, culture, age and ability.
