JUNCTION is Restless Dance Theatre’s inclusive weekly dance and creative movement program for adults aged 18 years and over, held every Monday at the Arts Centre Port Noarlunga.
JUNCTION is a welcoming space where adults can explore dance, creativity and movement, make connections and have fun.
Whether you’re an experienced dancer or completely new to dance, JUNCTION provides an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can participate in their own way.

Through dance, theatre games, improvisation and creative movement, participants can explore new ways of expressing themselves, develop confidence and enjoy being part of a creative community.

JUNCTION classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, welcoming adults with different abilities, experience levels and support needs.
Participants are encouraged to explore movement at their own pace and find ways of participating that work for them.
JUNCTION is a social, recreational and creative space where adults can come together, develop friendships, explore their creativity and enjoy being part of a community.

You don’t need previous dance experience to join JUNCTION.
Classes are relaxed, creative and welcoming. Participants are encouraged to participate at their own pace and in ways that work for them.
JUNCTION is about having the opportunity to explore movement, meet other people and be part of a creative community.
If you’re coming to Restless for the first time, our team can help you get settled and understand what to expect.
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Restless Dance Theatre is an Australian leader in inclusive dance and dance theatre. For more than 35 years, we have created opportunities for people with and without disability to participate in dance, creativity and performance.
Our public classes are informed by the Restless methodology, our approach to creating inclusive and collaborative spaces where every person can contribute.
JUNCTION is one of several Restless Dance Theatre public classes across Adelaide and South Australia.
Restless Dance Theatre is a non-NDIS provider, however our classes are guided by the NDIS price guide.
JUNCTION may be claimable through NDIS Core Supports – Community, Social and Recreational, depending on your individual plan and circumstances.
The rate for JUNCTION is $37.50 per hour on weekdays.
Non-NDIS payment options are also available.
If your NDIS Plan is Agency-managed, or you do not have NDIS funding, please contact us to discuss payment options.
