Join Restless Dance Theatre for a weekend of creativity, connection, and inclusive movement — and discover how dance can be for everybody.
Inclusive Dance Workshop – Saturday 15 November, 1pm
Experience the creativity and energy of Restless Dance Theatre!
Join Cazna and Tanya for a fun, inclusive dance workshop filled with dynamic movement, creative exploration and connection. Whether you’re new to dance or a seasoned mover, this session is open to all abilities, all ages, and all levels of experience.
This is the perfect introduction to our Restless dance classes, held weekly across the North, South, Hills and City, with new locations coming soon. Our classes offer a welcoming space for neurodiverse and disabled people to express themselves through movement, build confidence and have fun!
