It’s here! Term 4 public classes kick off today, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome everyone back into the studio (and across South Australia!). Whether you’re a returning dancer or joining us for the first time, now is the perfect time to move, create, and connect.
For over 20 years, Restless Dance Theatre has been home to a vibrant community of dancers aged 8 to 65+. Our weekly classes are all about creativity, confidence, and community — offering a supportive and social space where everyone can explore movement, express themselves, and have fun.
No experience is necessary — just bring your curiosity and energy! Classes focus on creative exploration rather than strict technique or competition, nurturing each participant’s individuality and unique movement style.

💃 Accessible and Inclusive
Restless Dance Theatre classes are open to everyone and led by highly experienced tutors in welcoming, accessible environments. Our studios feature lower lighting and sound levels for those with sensory sensitivities, and all venues have accessible parking. Classes are tailored to meet each participant’s needs, including those with mild to medium physical or intellectual disabilities.

While Restless Dance Theatre is not a registered NDIS provider, most participants use their NDIS plans to access our programs. Classes are typically covered under the Social and Community Participation category through the Core Supports budget.
