Theresa is an accountant with CPA Status, trained at University of South Australia. She has acquired considerable understandings of how small arts organisations operate. She previously worked with Patch Theatre Co. and Brink Productions. Her and her husband are co-founders and business managers of Two Cats Distillery.

Theresa is the former treasurer of Writers SA.
