We’re proud to share that Restless Dance Theatre’s CEO, Julie Moralee, and Artistic Director, Michelle Ryan, will take part in Diversity Futures: A Transnational Creative Think Tank (Public Forum) as part of the Singapore International Festival of Arts 2026.

Held from 15–30 May, this landmark festival brings together bold and visionary artists from across the globe—and this forum is a powerful moment within the program, spotlighting the future of disability arts across Asia and beyond.

Taking place on Friday 30 May, 2:30pm – 4:00pm at the National Library Drama Centre Black Box, the public forum will bring together leading voices from Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Australia. Through conversation and exchange, the session will explore how disability arts has evolved, where it stands today, and how artists and organisations can collaboratively shape more inclusive futures.

Julie and Michelle will join an esteemed panel of international artists and thinkers, including Eddy Zee, Ramesh Meyyappan, and Boreum Kang. The discussion will be moderated by Remesh Panicker.

This forum represents an important opportunity to share Restless’ long-standing commitment to inclusive practice on an international stage, while learning from and connecting with artists driving change across the region. It’s a space for reflection, dialogue, and imagining new possibilities—where lived experience, artistic innovation, and collaboration come together to influence what comes next.

As Restless continues to champion disability-led performance and expand its global reach, participation in conversations like Diversity Futures is vital. It not only amplifies the voices of our artists but contributes to a broader movement toward equity and representation in the arts.

If you’re attending SIFA 2026, we invite you to join the conversation.
