Aidan Brady has been dancing for the past four to five years, beginning his journey in Restless Dance Theatre’s Junction program and continuing to build his performance experience from there. Since joining Restless in 2021, Aidan has embraced every opportunity to grow as a dancer, performing in mid and end of year showings.

Aidan’s passion for dance is driven by his love of learning new moves and exploring choreography inspired by artists like Michael Jackson. He values the inclusive and welcoming environment at Restless, where, in his words, “anybody can join.”

With a goal to perform in large-scale productions and in front of wide audiences, Aidan is motivated to keep developing his skills and stage presence. Outside of dance, he enjoys walking and practicing routines in his own time—continuing to nurture his passion for movement both in and out of the studio.
